ABOUT THE EARLY YEARS STAFFROOM

The Early Years Staffroom was founded in 2013 by Katherine Houghton and is now used by over 3,500 Schools and Nurseries.

 When Katherine began her teaching journey, she found it difficult to connect with like-minded educators who shared the same passion, understanding, and child-centred approach to Early Years. She wanted to build a space where others who valued play, curiosity, and open minded practice could come together.

This idea grew into the Early Years Staffroom a supportive, inspiring virtual staffroom for anyone working in the magical world of Early Years.

The team is made up of experts who share a strong, research-led pedagogy. We believe that play provides rich opportunities for children to develop the characteristics they need to become effective learners, building the strongest foundations for life.

We know teaching works best when it is purposeful, practical, and responsive to children’s needs. Children thrive when they can be independent, take risks, think for themselves, and collaborate with others—skills that help them reach their full potential.

FAQs

How many users can we have?

You can have either 1, 2 or up to 6 users in our 3 plans to choose from.

The Ultimate Saver Plan is for one user, the small school/nursery plan is for two users and the large school/nursery plan is for up to 6 users.

If you require more than 6 users or multiple schools please contact us for a tailored quote.

How can I pay?

You can join online now by card/PayPal for instant access or you can request an invoice. We will send you an invoice out and set up your account and users once we have received payment.

How do I add users?

You can email us to add or swap users at admin@earlyyearsstaffroom-new.fixed-staging.co.uk

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes you can do this at any time in your account section.
