Nursery EYFS Tracker by Term

This is a tracking/planning/assessment document split by area of learning in the EYFS. It is categorised into four sections; baseline, Autumn, Spring and Summer to check if children are on track/not on track.

We have used development matters, teacher knowledge and birth to 5 to create this, they are more detailed that then EYFS checkpoints. This is editable so you can move targets around as learning in the EYFS is not always linear.

All our planning has been carefully created by experienced qualified primary school teachers with QTS therefore you can be sure that your planning will achieve your outcomes and aims.
